+The Hurst repeater is located on the TCC water tower. It is connected to the Chicagoland CBridge, connected by an ARDEN node to another node at the Hurst Fire Station 2 and a HurstARC club member in Richland Hills. The connection is solid for a link that is greater than five miles.
 +
+The repeater antenna is at approximately 170ft which provides tremendous coverage as the repeater transmits at 50 watts.
 +
+This is an open repeater and all are welcome to use it. Feel free to check out the [[https://w5hrc.org|Hurst Amateur Radio Club's]] website.
